Every piece is made by hand, so slight variations in colour, size, shape, and texture are part of the making process. These differences make each piece one of a kind.

  • Orders are processed within 4 business days unless otherwise stated. Pre-order items can take up to 4 weeks to ship. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation.

  • Yes. All tableware is made using food-safe glazes and materials. Unless otherwise stated, pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing is recommended to help extend the life of your handmade ceramics.

  • All sales are final. Please check out all photos, measurements, and descriptions of a piece before deciding to buy. Pieces are handmade, and minor imperfections should be expected

    Pieces that arrive broken receive a full refund or a replacement piece if replacing is possible, please send an email with photos of damaged items to contact.vaisestudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving parcel.

  • Yes! Items are all shipped from Sydney, Australia. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the package size and weight.
