FAQ & RETURNS

All pieces are made by hand, variations in colour, size, and texture are part of the process and make every piece unique. 

Do you accept custom orders?
Occasionally, however, I prefer to work on mid size collaborative works for example a ware that is exclusive to your shop, furnishings, unique design ideas and pieces made through back and forth creative direction.


How long will my order take?
Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless preorder is stated, in that case items can take up to 4 weeks to ship. 

Are your tableware items food safe?
Yes. All tableware is made using food-safe glazes and materials. Most tableware - unless stated otherwise - is dishwasher and microwave safe, though hand washing is recommended to extend the life of handmade ceramics. 

Is ceramic jewellery fragile?
Ceramic jewellery is durable but should still be handled with care. Avoid dropping pieces on hard surfaces.

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, no returns.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
